As part of the Kunst am Spree Knie Festival (https://www.facebook.com/events/121028481630500/), on the 16th and 17th July the Funkhaus opens its doors to the visitors.

Following a line of the last 5 years, the Summer Open Studios event shows a large number of artists that have their atelier in the former Radio Station of DDR.
All along the weekend it will be possible to visit on the 3rd and 4th floor of Block A the working places of more than 30 painters, sculptors, designers, photographers, musicians and writers.

We will be all happy to show you our works and to answer your curiosity. Apart from our ateliers, you will see installations, exhibitions and concerts.

Special guests will be two former office workers of DDR Radio Station who will settle a small office with original material (typing and recording stuff, video projections, photos) and will be happy to share their stories with the visitors.

Just bring good mood and enthusiasm and let’s toast together!
Drinks and Italian Uto-pizza will help to enjoy the day and the evening!
